Oxidised Copper Studies.

Screen printed and hand painted onto oxidised copper, finished with UV varnish. Some worked on the copper side, warm and metallic. Some on the back, the darker, moodier side. No two the same.

Studies for a body of work I'll be building over winter.

Funny what people are drawn to. At the market some went straight for the darker, bluer ones, others wanted the psychedelic overlays sitting on top of the copper. I lean copper side myself, but I like that they split people.

200 x 200mm. Would sit well in a float mount frame, natural wood.
